I went along to my first Oh My Fitness Boot Camp as a favour for a friend. 18 months later and I’m still going at least once a week! I love exercising outside and the sessions are always varied and fun. Liz encourages everyone to push themselves a little bit further in every class. I feel stronger and fitter as a result and I’ve met some lovely people too! I would recommend Oh My Fitness to anyone.

Just over a year ago I started Boot Camp with Liz – I was so unfit and couldn’t do more than one burpee at a time and 10 seconds was my limit for the plank. Now after attending on average 2 classes a week my fitness and strength has improved immensely – I can do a minute of burpees (still don’t like them) and plank for a minute. Liz makes the sessions fun with loads of variety of exercises. No chance to get bored! It’s always good fun with Liz always introducing new exercises which she learns on the courses she is always attending to keep up to date with the fitness world.

Can’t recommend it enough – come and give it a go.

I had two PT sessions a week for six weeks with Liz. My main reason for doing these sessions was to tone up, get fit and to find the motivation to incorporate fitness into my life going forward as I’ve always wanted to do this but been too lazy to bother. Liz made each session fun and different. My level of fitness increased quicker than I ever imagined and I was able to do exercises that I thought I would never be able to do due to a back problem however Liz ensured all the exercises took this problem into account and it made my back stronger in the process. I have found that I love boxing (something i never dreamed i would) and I’ve even brought my own TRX to use on my own as I’ve enjoyed it so much and reaped the benefits. Liz did all our sessions outside in my garden which I really enjoyed. At the end of six weeks I have noticed such a difference in my body, I lost 11 cm around my waist, I feel fitter, more toned and now want to exercise regularly and eat better. Liz is brilliant and I am going to continue sessions with her as I’ve enjoyed them so much and they have worked!! Thanks Liz!!

I just want to say thank you for a fabulous eight weeks of personal training. Each session was different, suitably challenging, well paced and structured and most importantly got great results. Sessions included a warm up, cardio for around 30 minutes with interval training, weights, TRX, Boxing, work with the step, isometric stretches, ab, waist and back work! A great all over body sculpting work out. I feel so much fitter, stronger, happier, more confident and have a flatter tum and nicely sculpted arms! Liz is highly reliable, a great motivator and instructor. Can’t wait to carry on with it in the New Year. All sessions pay attention to safe practise and we finish with a cool down/ stretch and stay well hydrated. Liz caters well for individual needs and researched a shoulder injury of mine to find exercises to strengthen and improve mobility. Liz is a fantastic instructor! Thank you so much! I have loved every minute!
