Boot Camp Classes Guildford

I run Boot Camp Classes in Guildford based at Manor Fruit Farm. These are all outdoor classes, come rain or snow! The classes cater for men & women of all ages and abilities, so push yourself as hard or as little as you like. This class is great for meeting new people in the village and most of all – enjoying yourself!

Mobile Group Personal Training

I can bring the classes to you! If you can get a minimum of 6 people (£5 each) together; whether it be in your garden, your home, or a park near you  – just choose a theme below and I can base the session on your choice (or even a bit of both). Boot Camp

Each week you’ll be put through a challenging and fun workout with paired exercises, circuits, hiit, strength work and running, including the use of Kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells and body weight exercises for strength and conditioning. Social fun is guaranteed!


Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a period, and then move on to another exercise. Work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge.


The TRX Suspension Trainer is uniquely equipped for delivering foundational movement-based training. The instability created required a significantly higher level of core activation than stable surfaces.


Kettle bells are a great strength and cardio workout. 45 minutes of intense conditioning work using a kettlebell. … This class will work your entire body and give you a great workout.

Boot Camp Blast 

A fast, half an hour Boot Camp workout. These classes will contain the more-than-ever popular HIIT training. Burn fat, gain muscle and your resting metabolic rate will increase for the following 24 hours!
