New class starting Tuesdays 9.30 – 10.30am
Starting 20th September at Manor Fruit Farm.
This will be a Boot Camp structured class incorporating Thai Boxing with a cardio / strength twist.
The hour will start with a Boot Camp style class involving anything like a Partner Plank, Burpee or Press ups.
This will be followed by Thai boxing. Ali will be teaching general Thai Boxing technique; improving your cardio and strength. You will learn to Jab, Cross, Hook, kick and many more!
This class will improve your:

Ali has over 17 years Thai Boxing experience and has competed and won competitions in the UK & Thailand!
This class will be a great cardio workout – burn fat, gain muscle and your resting metabolic rate will increase for the following 24 hours!!!
