I’m in 😍 with my breadmaker. Spelt loaf all r I’m in 😍 with my breadmaker. Spelt loaf all ready for the kids packed lunches tomorrow (if there’s any left!) I don’t think I’ve bought a loaf of bread for the last 2 months and we’ve not missed it! Kids hover round breadmaker waiting for the beep. “Is it ready yet?” It makes the house smell amazing too. .
Question to ask yourselves. Do we feel yuk from supermarket bread; or from the extra additives and preservatives manufacturers put in the bread?

Store bought pasta is convenient. In fact you don’t even have to cook it, you can just pop it in the microwave easy peasy. .
But is this good for you?

These sauces are packed full of fat, salt and sugar. And not only that, there’s not much fibre in store-bought sauces. You’re also not going to get the nutrition you would from a home-made meal.

**FACT** Pasta sauce is so easy to make and if you save your jam jars you can make this in bulk. So when you’re in a rush getting the kids fed, it doesn’t have to be processed. #

This is a super easy recipe that tastes amazing, naturally sweet and is just finger licking good. Personalise this sauce by adding garlic, basil or even mushrooms for some added vitamin D!
